The role blends digital marketing fundamentals with hands-on Generative AI work, translating client needs into effective agent prompts and workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and practical experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, copywriting, or related fields.
• Experience with Generative AI tools for marketing, content, research, or workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured prompts and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Support build, configuration, testing, and optimization of client-specific AI agents within Aura.
• Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into agent instructions, prompts, and testing criteria.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts and agent workflows to improve quality and usability.
• Conduct structured QA and testing of Aura agents and document changes.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and client services teams to support Aura implementations.
• Prepare client materials, guidelines, examples, and inputs for training Aura agents.
• Support onboarding, demonstrations, training, and documentation related to Aura.
