Job summary

TransPerfect Digital invites a GenAI Content Marketing Strategist to join Aura, our AI marketing OS. You will hands-on configure, test, and optimize client-specific AI agents, translating client needs into actionable prompts and workflows.

You’ll collaborate with Aura product, strategy, client services, and digital marketing teams to translate real-world cases into effective AI agents, continuously refining prompts and processes through QA and field feedback.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support build, configuration, testing, and optimization of client-specific AI agents within Aura.
• Translate client requirements, brand guidelines, content standards, workflows, and use cases into clear agent instructions and prompts.
• Develop prompts and agent workflows to improve output quality, consistency, accuracy, and usability.
• Conduct structured QA and testing of Aura agents and document recommended changes.
• Assist with client onboarding, demonstrations, training, and documentation for Aura and configured agents.
• Track agent performance and feedback to identify improvements to prompts, workflows, and knowledge sources.
