Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or related roles.
• Proven experience translating strategic priorities into operating plans, governance routines, and measurable execution.
• Experience with governance, workforce planning, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GCCM leadership to develop and execute the operating plan and strategic roadmap.
• Develop and manage governance processes, leadership rhythms, and business reviews.
• Create scalable business practices, workflows, and decision-rights to improve efficiency across GCCM teams.
• Develop executive dashboards and senior leadership materials to measure progress against KPIs and objectives.
• Drive cross-functional transformation, including operating model changes and technology evaluations.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and portfolio management processes to align resources with high-value opportunities.
