Caylent is seeking a Talent Partner Funding Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs. You will maintain documentation, process invoices, and ensure compliance across internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in operations, familiarity with Salesforce, and strong communication skills. This is a fully remote opportunity with USD pay and a global team, reporting to the Finance group.

Formación

• 1–3 years in Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Billing, Finance Ops, or Admin support.
• Experience processing invoices or financial documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs.
• Maintain accurate client records, funding docs, and trackers.
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices with QA checks for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor program requirements and update internal teams on changes.
• Coordinate approvals and ensure timely submission of docs.
