AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain full-stack features for a production healthcare platform, including AI-powered capabilities. The initial project is 3 months with possible extension based on performance.

The role requires 2+ years of full-stack experience and strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC, and AWS, plus hands-on AI/LLM integration and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with TS, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC-based architectures, and AWS.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare, fintech, or similar).
• Strong ownership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Postgres, RPC-based services) using AI in a production healthcare platform.
