Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain full-stack features for a production healthcare platform, including AI-powered capabilities. The initial project is 3 months with potential extension based on performance.

Requirements include 2+ years of full-stack experience, TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, Postgres, RPC, AWS, and hands-on AI/LLM integration experience, with upper-intermediate English. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong depth in either frontend or backend.
Experience with modern AI technologies and LLMs.
Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, RPC-based architectures, and AWS.
Experience building systems handling healthcare or regulated data preferred.
Ownership mindset and high-quality output.
Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong software foundation.
