AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and maintain full‑stack features for a production healthcare platform, including AI‑powered capabilities. The initial project lasts 3 months with potential extension based on performance.

You will work on frontend and backend using TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, and AWS, with emphasis on AI tooling and LLM integration. Required are 2+ years of full‑stack experience, strong communication, ownership, and high quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with strong depth in either frontend or backend.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and an interest in applying LLMs and automation to development processes and real‑world product challenges.
• Hands‑on experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC‑based architectures, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare, fintech, or similar) preferred.
• A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every challenge with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal.
• Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Github, Slack, JIRA).
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one‑on‑one interactions and presenting to a room.
• A deep sense of quality and attention to detail.
• Strong software engineering foundation and experience.
