Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain full‑stack features for a production healthcare platform, including AI-powered capabilities. The initial project is 3 months with possible extension based on performance.

Required: 2+ years in full‑stack engineering, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC, AWS, and hands‑on AI/LLM work. Strong communication and ownership are essential; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering with depth in frontend or backend.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and applying LLMs to development.
• Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC-based architectures, and AWS.
• Experience handling sensitive data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Strong ownership and energy to tackle challenges.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of quality and attention to detail.
• Solid software engineering foundations.

Responsibilities
