AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a production healthcare platform, using AI-powered capabilities. The initial project is 3 months with potential extension based on performance.

Requirements include 2+ years of full-stack experience, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC, AWS, and hands-on AI/LLM integration, with upper-intermediate English and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and LLMs.
• Hands-on TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, RPC-based architectures, and AWS.
• Experience handling healthcare or regulated data preferred.
• Strong ownership, communication, and quality focus.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools like Github, Slack, and JIRA.
