AgileEngine in Córdoba, Argentina, is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You’ll own frontend and backend work across React and Rails while turning wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design teams to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment, participate in on-call rotations, and help raise engineering standards with best practices and rigorous testing.

Formación

• 3+ years of web app development with Rails, Entity, Spring or similar MVC.
• 3+ years SQL databases, ideally Postgres or RDS.
• 3+ years HTML/CSS and web styling.
• 3+ years turning wireframes into features.
• Experience with agile development and on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Estimate and commit with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads.
• Apply best practices to optimize development and efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
