AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will work across React and Ruby on Rails, turning wireframes into production features with product, data science, and design teams.

The role emphasizes frontend/backend ownership, agile practices, and collaboration in a growing engineering team, with on-call rotations and performance optimization expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building web apps with MVC frameworks (Rails/Entity/Spring or similar).
• 3+ years with ANSI SQL databases (Postgres, RDS).
• 3+ years with HTML/CSS for web UI.
• 3+ years turning wireframes into production features.
• Experience with agile development and changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive collaboration.
• Performance mindset for client/server optimization.
• Git and GitHub for source control.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities
