AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems, implement best practices, and participate in on‑call rotations while communicating status to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases, ideally Postgres and RDS.
• 3+ years of experience using HTML and CSS, and styling various kinds of web applications.
• 3+ years of experience turning wireframes or mockups into clean, functional features.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development and efficiency.
• Communicate updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.
