AgileEngine is seeking a Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership, working across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science and design to solve complex problems, participate in on-call rotations and contribute to scalable, secure code for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using MVC frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases, e.g. Postgres or RDS.
• 3+ years of experience using HTML/CSS for web applications.
• 3+ years of experience turning wireframes into features.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ambitions a plus.
• Performance optimization on client and server sides.
• Experience using Git for source control with GitHub.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with on-call rotations and SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
