Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to own the full funnel for a US small business. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, while owning landing pages, forms, and email nurture.

You will track performance with GA4 and CRM attribution, reporting CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates weekly. You will collaborate with the founder, run A/B tests, and leverage AI tools for copy and variations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid media for US-based businesses.
• Proven results with accounts, spend levels and outcomes.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and CRM/email tools.
• English at C1 level; comfortable presenting results on calls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Own the funnel: landing pages, forms, email nurture and follow-up automation.
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs) and clean CRM attribution.
• Report weekly on spend, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and next changes.
• Run A/B tests on ads, offers and pages.
• Use AI tools for copy, creative variations and analysis.
• Work directly with the founder on goals and budget.
