Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own Google Ads accounts end to end, including Feed, Merchant Center, and conversion tracking. You will directly communicate with clients, present plans, and defend decisions.

Remote work with US Eastern call hours; you’re judged by output and growth impact. You must be fluent in English, have hands-on spend with DTC/eCommerce, and be able to build or ship assets using AI tools.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with real money spent on DTC/eCommerce.
Ability to explain CPA/ROAS with concrete changes.
Fluent in English, strong client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Own a set of Google Ads accounts end to end, including Feed/GM Commerce assets.
Direct client communication, updates, calls, and defend decisions.
Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, bid strategy, landing pages, conversion tracking.
Run brand and non-brand campaigns separately and optimize for incremental lift.
Understand and manage PMax performance, differentiate branded vs non-branded impact.
Manage feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary scripts or pages to remove constraints.
Communicate creative and technical requirements clearly to clients.
Be capable of building landing pages or using AI tools to ship assets.
