Job summary

DiDi in Buenos Aires is seeking a Franchise Business Developer to drive expansion for a new mobility model in Latin America. You will identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities, acting as a growth architect to move partners from 0 to 100 with high operational standards.

This role requires 90% field work, closing deals with SMEs, fleet owners, and entrepreneurs, and delivering data-driven consulting to optimize costs and recruitment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Development, KAM, or Sales.
• Background in Corporate Banking (PyME), Fleet/Leasing, or Franchise Development.
• Must be proficient with Excel and Google Suite.
• Native Spanish; basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities.
• Proactively prospect and close deals with new high-potential partners.
• Lead growth and optimize costs, recruitment, and operations for partners.
• Manage end-to-end relationship with partners and conduct monthly reviews.
• Provide data-driven consulting using dashboards and KPIs.
