You will partner with Leaders from Operations, Customer Experience and Safety to align milestones, forecast performance, and allocate resources for high-impact projects across nine countries. Fluent in English and Spanish; based in Mexico City or Bogota, you’ll engage with senior teams and drive scalable processes.

• Collaborate with Finance to forecast and align plans with financial targets.
