Job summary

Hilbert is hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Data Engineer in LATAM to deploy our AI Growth Engine for new enterprise customers across Latin America. You will own the technical implementation from data discovery to production deployment, choose the best deployment path (Managed ClickHouse or Warehouse-Native), and build the first LATAM playbook.

You will work with customers and Hilbert teams across time zones, traveling to sites as needed and starting remotely while we establish a LATAM hub.

Qualifications

• Pragmatic experience optimizing queries in ClickHouse and SQL-based warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own technical deployments for new enterprise customers across Latin America.
• Manage hybrid integration paths (Managed ClickHouse or Warehouse-Native).
• Lead onboarding and build v1 pipelines from raw data quickly.
• Define semantic layer definitions for custom enterprise data.
• Transform diverse source data into Hilbert's growth models for ML systems.
• Lead enterprise deployments and develop LATAM playbooks.
