Qualifications

• 8+ years as a product manager, including at least one product taken from zero to one.
• Autonomous, ambiguity-tolerant mindset with independent decision-making.
• Strong technical foundation; comfortable with data products and AI/ML contexts.
• Clear, compelling communicator translating strategy into execution with engineering and GTM teams.
• Customer empathy coupled with commercial instinct and ability to identify what customers will pay for.
• Fluency in Spanish required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end from idea to shipped product and measurable impact.
• Engage directly with customers to uncover high-impact growth opportunities.
• Prioritize customer requests across accounts with clear trade-offs.
• Define success metrics tying outcomes to KPIs and OKRs with defensible numbers.
• Collaborate closely with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to ship quickly.
