Job summary

3Y Health in Buenos Aires is seeking a Technical Staff member to own features end to end, collaborating with clinicians and operators who use what we build. You will scope the problem, design and build the solution across the stack, deploy it and follow how it performs in production.

Our engineering team is flat, with cross-stack collaboration and AI coding agent usage daily. We look for hands-on experience with full-stack development, building with Python and TypeScript, and strong comfort

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI harnesses beyond simple API calls.
• A personal project published online (SaaS with payments is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from scope to production delivery.
• Build AI-powered workflows for clinic operations and internal teams.
• Take ambiguous problems from 0 to 1 with stakeholders to ship first versions.
• Design services, data models and APIs; manage infra as code.
• Own deployments, monitoring and incident response in production.
• Write evals for model-facing features and track workflow metrics.
• Handle PHI safely with least-privilege access and auditable changes.
• Develop and maintain agent-related tooling and integrations.
