3Y Health is hiring for Technical Staff to own features end to end across the stack, building AI-powered healthcare workflows for clinics. You\'ll work with clinicians and operators, design, build, deploy, and monitor production services with an emphasis on PHI safety and auditable changes.

You\'ll use Python, TypeScript and cloud services, ship AI-enabled features for web and mobile, and continuously improve workflows with LangGraph and Codex-like tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience with AI harnesses and agents (not just API calls).
• At least one personal project published on the web, ideally a SaaS with payments.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows for clinic operations.
• Develop features for web and mobile for clinicians, patients and families.
• Take ambiguous problems from 0 to 1 with operators and clinicians.
• Design services, data models and APIs and manage infrastructure as code.
• Own services in production: deployments, monitoring and incident response.
• Write evals for model-facing features and track workflow metrics.
• Work with PHI safely with least-privilege access and auditable changes.
