3Y Health is seeking a Technical Staff member to own features end to end, from concept to production. You will collaborate with clinicians and operators to scope, design and ship AI-driven workflows for clinic operations across web and mobile platforms.

You’ll work with Python, TypeScript, and AI toolchains, deploying services with IaC, monitoring production, and ensuring secure handling of PHI data in a regulated setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows for clinic operations.
• Build features for clinicians, patients and families, and internal teams.
• Take ambiguous problems from 0 to 1 with stakeholders to define the solution.
