TikTok is seeking a Business Partnerships Manager - Financial Services (Global Business Solutions) to lead growth across Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Chile FinServ advertisers. You will drive revenue, forecast accuracy, and multi-stakeholder relationships while crafting scalable performance playbooks for app acquisition, lead generation, and branding-to-performance handoffs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, media partnerships, consulting, fintech growth, banking partnerships, or account management.
• Exposure to financial-services advertisers, ideally across fintech, banking, credit, payments, wallets, investment, insurance, or lending; strong candidates from adjacent regulated or performance-driven verticals will also be considered.
• Hands-on experience managing client accounts, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and multi-stakeholder relationships, with support on the most senior-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth and Execution- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile FinServ advertisers, with a focus on revenue delivery, forecast accuracy, and strong day-to-day client relationships.- Execute account plans that connect client business priorities to measurable media outcomes, including user acquisition, funded accounts, loan applications, card acquisition, deposits, app activation, qualified leads, and brand consideration.
• Performance Marketing Excellence- Serve as a credible day-to-day performance partner for client marketing and growth teams, media agencies, and internal performance specialists.
• Digital Media Partnerships- Support partnership motions that connect TikTok, Pangle, partner inventory, measurement, creative, incentives, and product adoption into one client growth story.
• Industry Development- Build a strong view of FinServ trends in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, including digital banking, credit, payments, wallets, super-apps, lending cycles, regulatory sensitivity, app adoption, and competitive media behavior.
