Job summary

Randstad Argentina is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to support Oracle migrations and regional LATAM initiatives, bridging Accounting, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, testing, and process improvements across multiple countries.

The role collaborates with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT, working with teams in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, and requires fluent English for US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close; account reconciliations; journal entries; and audit support.

Responsibilities

Join a regional Finance Transformation initiative supporting the migration to Oracle

Global Finance Systems (GFS) across Latin America. You'll work at the

intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology, helping ensure successful

system implementations, data migrations, and process improvements across

multiple countries.

What You¨ll Do

• Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM.
• Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia,
• Mexico, and Peru.
• Act as a key liaison between the U.S.-based IT Transformation team

and Finance stakeholders across LATAM, ensuring effective

communication, alignment, and execution throughout the

transformation program.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems,

or Finance Transformation is a must.

Hands-on experience supporting:

Month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close

Account reconciliations

Journal entries

Audit support

Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or process

transformation projects.

Ability to work effectively with both Finance and Technology teams.

Advanced to Fluent English (required). This role requires daily interaction

with U.S.-based IT teams and regional stakeholders across LATAM. The

successful candidate must be comfortable leading discussions, translating

business requirements, facilitating meetings, and communicating complex

topics in English.

Nice to Have

• Oracle, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.
• Power BI, SQL, Python, or data analytics tools.
• Insurance industry experience.
