The role involves lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and documentation. English proficiency is essential; pharma/regulatory context is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a System Lead or similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of application support and system lifecycle management.
• Experience with hardware, software, databases, networking, and cloud environments.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP/Pharma) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational excellence of assigned systems by monitoring compliance, performance, access, identities, audit trails, and SLAs.
• Coordinate system lifecycle activities including patching, backups, disaster recovery tests, archiving, and decommissioning.
• Meet with IT and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and recommend enhancements aligned with our company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application or system issues, ensuring prompt and high‑quality support with minimal business disruption.
• Lead or contribute to projects involving new systems, upgrades, integrations, or infrastructure changes, collaborating across IT domains.
• Produce and maintain system documentation such as support guides, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

THE POSITION

Join the IT GFS organization in Buenos Aires as a Sr. System Analyst (System Lead) for the IT GFS Legal Team, driving operational excellence, system stability, and continuous improvement across critical applications.

Work closely with global and regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure partners to ensure compliant, reliable, and high-performing systems.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Ensure operational excellence of assigned systems by monitoring compliance, performance, access, identities, audit trails, and SLAs.


• Coordinate system lifecycle activities including patching, backups, disaster recovery tests, archiving, and decommissioning.


• Meet with IT and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and recommend enhancements aligned with our companystandards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application or system issues, ensuring prompt and high‑quality support with minimal business disruption.


• Lead or contribute to projects involving new systems, upgrades, integrations, or infrastructure changes, collaborating across IT domains.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a System Lead, Sr. System Analyst, or similar IT role.


• Strong knowledge of application support, operational excellence practices, and system lifecycle management.


• Experience with hardware, software, databases, networking, and cloud-based environments.


• Proven background in IT technical support or system administration within multicultural teams; experience in regulated environments (GxP/Pharma) is a plus.


• Strong problemsolving skills, client orientation, and ability to communicate effectively in English with technical and nontechnical audiences.


• Solid understanding of infrastructure components and ITIL v4.0

Advanced level of english

Desirable:

• Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or Audit functions through eDiscovery, data preservation, investigation support, or digital forensic activities.


• Knowledge of automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.


• General knowledge of APIs and integration concepts
