Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, IS, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or systems support
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or data tools a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with financial systems
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to SQL or reporting tools
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Eagerness to learn Oracle Cloud ERP, finance transformation concepts, Agile delivery practices, testing methodologies, and system support processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP implementation activities across finance modules including configuration validation, data validation, testing, issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Assist in testing, validation, and defect support across unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide first‑level production support for AR and CM Oracle Cloud ERP processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Assist with training materials, meeting notes, issue logs, and user support documentation; communicate status to stakeholders.
