Siemens Mobility is seeking an Order Management Analyst within its Global Business Services team. You will help ensure accurate contract management, billing processes, and performance excellence for our international customers.

You will create and manage contracts, analyze order-related issues, and maintain ERP data. The role requires strong English skills, attention to detail, and a bias for process improvement in a global setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in Order Management or Billing.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong English communication.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and manage contracts for products and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve contract and order-related issues and disputes.
• Create billing items and maintain pricing, materials, and contractual data within ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects.
• Participate in global trainings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
• Engage with international teams and global communities to drive best practices and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Shared Services, or similar areas.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred).
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Support aligned with US operations, including specific month-end closing activities and applicable holiday schedules.
