EY is seeking an Account Support Engagement-to-Cash Associate to join the US-based Finance team and support LATAM accounts. The role spans pricing, code management, invoicing, collections, and cash application, with a focus on knowledge sharing within the LATAM team.
You will work closely with client-serving engagement teams and US Finance, carrying out end-to-end Engagement-to-Cash activities, and developing pricing plans, ERP code creation, and billing validation.
The Account Support Engagement-to-Cash Associate will be responsible for executing financial and operational activities, alongside the US-based Finance team and client serving professionals, to manage the financials of client engagements.
This role will be knowledge across all activities in the “Engagement-to-Cash” process and will play an active role in building and training the LATAM Accounts Support team over time.
This role will leverage their expertise to assist client serving engagement teams by driving finance activities across pricing, engagement code management, invoice generation, collections, and cash application process areas. In addition to providing hands-on support, this role will provide guidance to LATAM support resources.
This role will primarily work with the US-based Accounts Support Finance teams and directly support US-based Client Serving engagement teams.
