Siemens Mobility in Argentina is seeking an experienced Process Excellence professional to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes within Global Business Services. You will lead workshops, standardize processes across functions, and drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence, BPM, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong process mapping and design skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS or multinational environments.
• Familiarity with Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and scalability. You will facilitate process discovery workshops, identify improvement opportunities, support the integration of new services into GBS, and contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives.

What you bring

• +5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or related areas.
• Strong process mapping and process design skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience working in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or multinational environments.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English.
