Siemens Argentina is seeking a skilled Process Excellence professional to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes across the Americas. You will facilitate workshops, drive standardization, and support transitions within GBS.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, stakeholder leadership, and strong English communication in a multinational environment. A flexible work culture and learning opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years in Process Excellence, BPM, CI or related areas.
• Strong mapping and design skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS or multinational environments.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Signavio/ARIS/Visio).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Map, analyze, and redesign business processes across functions.

• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Support service transitions and process integration within GBS.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and scalability. You will facilitate process discovery workshops, identify improvement opportunities, support the integration of new services into GBS, and contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives.

What You Bring

• +5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or related areas.
• Strong process mapping and process design skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience working in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or multinational environments.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English.
