Able is seeking an Operations Analyst (Finance) to join the growing Operations function and work with our Head of Finance. This hands-on role covers finance execution and business insights, from payroll and expenses to monthly close support, while building reporting capabilities for leadership.

You will help ensure accurate financial data, create dashboards, and define metrics to guide decisions. This remote LATAM role requires strong English communication and analytical skills.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly close processes.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Metabase/Looker Studio.
• Experience building dashboards/reports for leadership audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, including contractor payments and payroll reconciliation.
• Manage employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Support the monthly close process through journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, clean, reconciled financial data across systems.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate issues to resolve root causes.
• Build leadership dashboards covering revenue, pipeline, utilization, and cash.
• Establish recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for leadership.
