Bridgenext is seeking an Operations Financial Analyst to manage critical financial processes and align activities with approved budgets. The role works with the Finance Business Partner to manage purchase orders, track expenses, and monitor headcount planning.

This remote LATAM position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 10 years of experience in financial operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across Operations, Finance, and other teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10 years of experience in financial operations, financial analysis, or operational finance support.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with Purchase Orders, expense tracking, or financial processes.
• Experience reporting to C-level.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase Order Management: Create and manage POs; ensure alignment with budgets.
• Expense tracking and budget alignment: monitor spend and variances; collaborate with FP&A.
• Accrual process ownership: monthly accruals and reporting for expenses.
• Headcount tracking: monitor headcount against budget and provide insights.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with Finance, Operations, and leaders to ensure processes understood.
