Capgemini is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of Finance Operations services across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Controls & Compliance. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements while driving continuous process improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in RTR/OTC processes, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

Formación

• Experience in Finance & Accounting operations and shared services environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day team activities to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain client relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead operational review meetings and manage escalations.
• Oversee RTR activities including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Oversee OTC activities including collections and cash application.
• Ensure SOX, ISO, and governance compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
