Veeam Finance is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for a 6-month contract to build our Operations Delivery framework and reduce leadership toil. You will co-pilot cross-functional corporate finance workstreams and drive on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes risk tracking, standardized governance, and data-driven status reporting. You will collaborate with the Strategic Ops Lead to scale predictable processes and improve velocity across finance initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Mastery of dependency mapping, proactive risk mitigation, and structured status governance.
• Strong soft skills to coach teams toward a unified, automated way of working.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication; able to enforce meeting discipline and document outcomes.
• Autonomy in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Co-pilot execution on high-priority corporate finance workstreams, driving timelines and keeping cross-functional teams accountable.
• Establish and own the baseline RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Proactively map horizontal cross-team dependencies to eliminate schedule bottlenecks.
• Support implementing standardized governance tools, including DACI/RACI matrices and clear risk escalation protocols.
• Champion a "single source of truth" by using standardized project status report templates and dashboards; move to automated reporting.
• Assist Steering Committees to maintain alignment with Executive Leadership.
• Facilitate team retrospectives and lead post-mortems after critical milestones to build a self-correcting team dynamic.
