Capgemini in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Process Associate / Analyst in Finance Operations to support day-to-day activities across RTR and OTC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, perform account reconciliations, cash and bank tasks, AR, invoicing checks, and assist with month-end close, using SAP and advanced Excel to drive process improvements.

Formación

• Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of RTR and OTC processes.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• English proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Client Support & Operations: Execute operational activities in accordance with documented procedures and SLAs.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Support RTR: reconciliation activities, cash and bank accounting, and month-end close.
• Support OTC: collections, cash application, and invoicing discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain process documentation and comply with controls and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support knowledge transfer.
