You will partner with site leadership to ensure governance, drive performance, and support strategic decisions across the organization. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with SAP and ERP expertise ensuring accurate reporting and control.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 10+ years in multinational manufacturing finance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with USD currency and FX management.

Role Purpose:

Serves as the primary local financial steward and strategic advisor to the General Manager, integrating local operations with centralized Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams during a critical period of operational transition and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Financial Governance: Act as the local integrator between site leadership and centralized finance functions, ensuring legal entity compliance and operational control.


• Financial Reporting & Transition Accounting: Oversee local financial closes, external audits, and transition-related accounting (including restructuring provisions, asset realignments, and transition costs).


• Treasury, Cash & Tax Advisory: Collaborate with Corporate Treasury on FX risk management, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and local statutory tax compliance.


• Strategic Business Partnership: Advise local leadership on cost management, financial discipline, and corporate-to-local strategy translation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.


• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in multinational manufacturing/industrial companies.


• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional decisions without direct authority in a matrix structure.


• Hands-on experience with USD functional currency, FX/inflation management, and corporate restructurings or operational transformations.


• Fluent in English and Spanish


• Advanced ERP capabilities (SAP preferred).
