Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Analyst, GSS FP&A to join our Buenos Aires team. This role sits within Global Shared Services and supports the financial planning process by preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

You will consolidate revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational assumptions, run scenario analyses, and provide actionable insights to leadership. A strong grasp of variance analysis and month-end close helps ensure data integrity across cycles.

Formación

• Strong FP&A and financial planning skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Variance analysis and root-cause analysis capability.
• Financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Business partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to data accuracy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Consolidate revenue, expense, headcount, and operational assumptions; load inputs into planning systems.
• Prepare management packs and conduct scenario and sensitivity modeling.
• Analyze monthly actuals vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights for leadership.
