La Walt Disney Company (LATAM) recherche un Analyste Finance Senior (Contrat temporaire de 7 mois) pour soutenir la planification, les prévisions, les rapports et l’analyse des dépenses régionales en Amérique Latine. • +3 ans d'expérience en FP&A.
• Industries préférées: Entertainment/Technology/Finance/Consulting.
• Bon esprit d'équipe, responsabilisé et dédié.
• Forte capacité analytique et logique.
• Maîtrise avancée d'Excel.
• Power BI et outils IA (Copilot, Claude) un plus.
• Anglais avancé.

Responsibilities

• Préparer l'AOP, les prévisions (Forecast), le LRP et les livrables de clôture trimestrielle pour les dépenses régionales.
• Fournir le support financier, reporting et l'analyse pour les partenaires internes (Corporate Citizenship, Communication, RH).
• Gérer les budgets T&E régionaux, consolidation, écarts et reporting.
• Préparer et maintenir des rapports BI et des tableaux de bord pour le suivi des dépenses.
• Prévoir les allocations de dépenses globales et suivre les résultats réels par rapport au plan.
• Coordonner les rapports financiers récurrents et ad hoc destinés aux équipes US Corporate Finance.
• Soutenir les activités FP&A liées aux dépenses de paie et au headcount.

The Sr Analyst, Finance (Temp position - 7 months) will join the team to support the planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis of Regional Overhead Expenses across Latin America.

The role is responsible for preparing financial deliverables, monitoring expense performance, supporting business partners, and providing timely and accurate reporting to regional and U.S. finance teams to support decision-making and financial objectives.

The Sr Analyst, Finance will be responsible for:

Prepare AOP, Forecast, LRP and Quarterly Close deliverables for Regional Overhead Expenses, including G&A and Security. Provide financial planning, reporting and analytical support to Corporate Citizenship, Corporate Communications and Human Resources teams as a Finance Business Partner. Manage regional T&E budgets, including budget consolidation, actuals tracking, variance analysis and management reporting. Prepare and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support expense monitoring and decision-making. Prepare quarterly forecasts for overhead expense allocations and monitor actual results against plan. Coordinate and prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, schedules and deliverables required by U.S. Corporate Finance teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Support FP&A activities related to payroll expenses and headcount planning, including forecasting, budget management, variance analysis and workforce reporting.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields. +3 years of experience in FP&A roles. Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Finance or Consulting. Team player, highly responsible and dedicated. Strong analytical and logical skills. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Power BI and AI Tools (Copilot, Claude) are a plus. Advanced level of English.
