Advanced Sterilization Products in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and remote technical support for ASP sterilization equipment.

You will diagnose issues, prepare service reports, travel frequently to customer sites, and collaborate with engineering and sales to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in field service, maintenance, technical support, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Availability to travel frequently and work at customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, start-up, calibration, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with ASP procedures.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Prepare detailed service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
