Job summary

Massey Ferguson in Argentina seeks an experienced professional to coordinate the annual tactical plan, promote the brand’s products, and lead dealer and customer demonstrations. You will train sales teams and coordinate exhibitions, while aligning with Marketing and Product Marketing to drive results.

Required are a degree in agronomy/business/marketing (MBA desirable), 4+ years in agro-industry, proficiency with Salesforce and CRM tools, and advanced English for meetings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomic, Business, Marketing or related fields; MBA desirable.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in agro-industrial or agribusiness environments.
• Advanced English for reading/writing and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual tactical plan to showcase the brand’s products to customers.
• Manage value-added training for the product portfolio and coordinate tactical actions, including in-field activities and dealer/customer demonstrations.
• Coordinate participation in national and regional exhibitions and liaise with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing.
• Coordinate and train the sales teams of the dealerships.
• Plan annual objectives with the commercial team and develop a tactical plan for each dealer.
