Walmart is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management for the Retail Intelligence group. This leader will shape technology strategy and translate it into actionable programs across engineering, product, and business teams.

Role demands strong executive communication, ownership of multiple initiatives, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled productivity. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment with focus on scale and impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field and 7 years’ experience in engineering or related PM roles.
• 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, or related area.
• PM certification preferred; Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and execution for Retail Intelligence AI initiatives.
• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes across teams.
• Own resource planning, headcount tracking, and contractor management.
• Lead data-driven analysis using advanced Excel to generate insights for decisions.
• Build executive-ready decks and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations.
• Align engineering, product, recruiting, and business teams to drive execution.
