Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is a premier US immigration law firm offering fully remote support for executives across global locations. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-border schedules, and handle confidential communications with a focus on efficiency and discretion.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years supporting senior leaders, comfort with AI tools, and a proactive approach to streamlining workflows in a fast-paced legal environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
  • Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company; experience with a U.S. law firm is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our CEO, executive leadership, and senior team members with a combination of personal and administrative responsibilities.

This is much more than a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, finding better ways to work, and using technology to eliminate repetitive tasks. You'll help executives stay focused on high-value work by managing day-to-day responsibilities, coordinating projects, leveraging AI and automation, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, anticipates needs before they arise, learns new technology quickly, and enjoys improving systems to make work faster and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, scheduling, research, and communication
  • Create and maintain simple workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or business owners
  • Proven experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company is required. Experience supporting a U.S. law firm is an advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technology quickly
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar
  • Strong interest in AI tools and workflow automation, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently

Working Hours

Full-time role, 8 hours per day (excluding a 1-hour break). Schedule details may be discussed during the final stages of the hiring process. Scheduling is flexible; however, team members are required to maintain a minimum of 6 hours of overlap with the firm's operating hours in Pacific Time (PT), subject to operational needs and team coordination.
