Wachter, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Mid-day shift professional to support multi-site operations in voice, data, security, and electrical fields. You will collaborate with project managers and field technicians, capture project data, and help troubleshoot remotely.

Formación

• Experience in voice/data/security or electrical field across single/multi-site operations.
• Ability to work independently and provide project management and operational support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with project managers and field technicians on customer projects.
• Capture data from projects including check-in/out times and on-site time.
• Follow project documentation to ensure proper execution of support requirements.
• Provide service and troubleshooting support to field techs via phone, chats, and emails.
• Configure and program network cabling and networking equipment remotely.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of networked end-user devices and CCTV systems.
• Write/execute programs and scripts; verify port configurations and network settings.
• Adhere to project safety requirements.
