Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure efficient lifecycle performance.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on PDU best practices and replacement hardware, avoiding disruption of critical infrastructure.
• Guides technicians on implementing designed network communications and solutions, signing off on client configurations.
• Validates cabling, checking network environment build and connectivity is established, ensuring devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing system, mentoring technicians and implementing solutions to meet SLAs.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs, site rules, and vendor requirements.
• Maintains security procedures per local regulations and conducts security testing.
• Ensures health and safety compliance on-site and in offices.
• Trains on advanced repair techniques aligning with SOPs/MOPs.
• Identifies recurring issues and escalates with peers and global team.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and partners to test installations and performance.
• Acts as technical liaison to resolve resiliency risks.
• Ensures vendor SLAs and quality of services.
• Contributes to QA via process creation and training.
