Job summary

Oracle Argentina is seeking a Datacenter Services Operations specialist to identify opportunities for improved server component management and to validate cabling and network readiness. You will monitor ticketing workflows, mentor technicians, and implement technical solutions aligned with SOPs and MOPs for data center change control.

You will act as a technical liaison across teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with partners to ensure resiliency, reliability, and availability

Qualifications

• Experience reading and following SOPs/MOPs in data center operations.
• Ability to mentor technicians on server components and hardware handling.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and hardware across the lifecycle.
• Validate cabling and network readiness; ensure devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environments and escalate trends as needed.
• Maintain safety, security, and documentation per SOPs/MOPs on client sites.
