Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions.
• Trains advance fix and repair techniques that align with SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control processes.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs, site rules, colocation vendor rules, and signs-off within data center/customer sites.
• Leads collaboration with project teams/colocation partners to test and validate installations and performance of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Acts as a technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Completes complex tasks with limited instructions and guides team on shifting priorities.
• Collaborates across teams to deliver impactful work and build partnerships.
• Develops and shares procedures to troubleshoot complex errors and supports continuous learning and improvement.
