Oracle in Argentina seeks a Datacenter Services Operations specialist to drive break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and technical support within data center environments. You will mentor technicians, validate connectivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs/MOPs under SLA guides.

You'll collaborate with project teams and vendors, lead change control processes, and act as a liaison to resolve resiliency and availability risks while upholding safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians.
• Familiarity with SOPs/MOPs and data center change control processes.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to upgrade server components and improve lifecycle performance.
• Coach junior technicians on hardware replacement and troubleshooting without impacting critical infrastructure.
• Validate network cabling and connectivity; ensure devices are properly connected and error-free.
• Monitor tickets, assign work, and escalate trends within SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance during on-site work.
• Lead continuous improvement by documenting issues and communicating with global teams.
