JPMorganChase & Co. seeks an Equities Operations Control Management Vice President to lead control frameworks and risk mitigation within Global Equities Operations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and leverage analytics to strengthen the risk culture and operational excellence across the firm. You will drive governance, coordinate audits and regulatory reviews, and implement technology solutions to automate controls.

Formación

• Experience in internal/external audit or risk assessments within financial services or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extract and interpret large data sets using analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep dive reviews to identify control gaps and emerging risks within operations.
• Coordinate with Audit, Compliance, and Regulator teams to assess incidents and remediation.
• Design risk mitigation strategies based on audits, deep dives, and risk reviews.
• Develop, analyze, and publish standardized control metrics using analytics tools.
• Drive control remediation and risk mitigation programs with data-driven insights.
• Manage governance and reporting of control and risk initiatives with analytics and visualization.
• Implement technology solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Xceptor) to automate controls and enhance data analysis.
• Review change agendas to ensure controls are not diminished and assist with new controls.
• Act as a first line of defense with Operations on the control agenda and risk matters.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory reviews, including evidence gathering and remediation tracking.
