Job Description

The Equipment Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of gaming equipment within the live casino environment. This role focuses on supporting daily technical operations, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring that all gaming tools and materials are properly managed and available to maintain continuous operations. The position also requires close collaboration with different departments to support operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Location

On‑Site Moreno, Av. Victorica 946, B1744BWW Moreno, Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, change and regulate simple equipment.
• Perform equipment tests.
• Ensure preventive equipment maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance, make assessments and decide on necessary actions.
• Ensure equipment availability 24/7.
• Report equipment‑related issues.
• Clean/maintain roulette wheels.
• Clean/maintain/exchange shuffle machines.
• Clean/maintain deck checker.
• Inspect tables.
• Transport cards/equipment in‑house.
• Organize equipment disposal.
• Monitor climate on gaming floors and storage.
• Do inventory and track equipment in stock.
• Cooperate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Secondary education.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Good computer competence and knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
