Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large U.S. enterprises.

You will define and lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives, translating complex technology into business outcomes and overseeing account performance with delivery and engineering teams. The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the U.S., with a focus on building long-term client

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Strong technical understanding of IT projects
Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel quarterly

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives.
Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
